During the life of a contract, a paralegal might prepare any or all of the following: amendments to development agreements modifying the development area and/or schedule; amendments to franchise agreements regarding the relocation of a franchised unit; fee modification amendments to franchise agreements; temporary license amendments to franchise agreements; amendments to franchise agreements for approved products and services that are out of the ordinary and amendments to franchise agreements for special programs.
